Fire Protection Maintenance for Major Fashion Retailer

Surefire Services Ltd secured a national fire maintenance contract for a major fashion retail brand through an existing key client. This account was won during the pandemic and Surefire successfully mobilised the fire alarm, emergency lighting, sprinkler and fire extinguisher service disciplines.  With a portfolio of over 500 large retail sites throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern and Republic of Ireland), Surefire commenced the maintenance programme in May 2020.

A swift implementation process was required to mobilise the maintenance schedule as the stores began to open again following reduced restrictions.  The customer service team were able to quickly respond by uploading all of the site information required in bulk onto the service management system via API technology.

All calls were allocated to the national engineering team for completion of each service visit through their IPads.   Once the preventative maintenance visit was completed, the electronic job certificate was forwarded to the client within 24 hours for full visibility.
